Refund policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

No exchange or refund for:

– items that were used
– gift cards
– items used for photos or videos
– items with removed tags or labels
– items returned without a document confirming the purchase
– items manufactured with individual characteristics

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping returns

Once you receive your order, you have 15 days to make a return.

The product must be in perfect condition and include the original labels.

If you want to exchange for another size, you will need to make a return and place a new order.

To return your product, you should mail it to Lviv.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
